Card styles
     STYLES: Standard & Customized
Custom cards with local crisis numbers and information can be obtained several ways:  
     1)  Custom cards are printed by our  printer with your local information.
    2)  Printer artwork (slicks) can be sent to your local printer.  
This method is offered as many local printers and/or local businesses, groups, or 
organizations will donate printing of cards locally. However, the set-up of  
the cards is very costly without the artwork & setup. Call 303-429-3530 to request the
 'Printer's Artwork Package'  All card printing set-up must be approved by LFLI before printing.  
     AGES:  'Teen' cards for teens - older adolescents  
                           'Kids' cards for the younger (9-12) group

Card costs 
  Standard FRONT - Standard BACK   
      COST: $10/100    Orders 100+ must be pre-paid.

   Standard FRONT - Custom BACK
      COST: Call 303-429-3530 for prices.  Orders 100+ must be pre-paid.

Card information 
     You may order 10 cards and information packet ($1 donation please).  
Larger orders available on order form

      Schools may use purchase orders to international office.

      For Australian, New Zealand and  Canadian  materials orders, 
please order directly from those chapters.
