1. If you do not have a color printer,
hand-color the ribbon yellow.
2. Cut across the page on the dotted line, fold the card in half and glue the back sides
together to make a card.
3. If you choose not to glue the backs together you may also write local numbers on the
inside of the fold.
4. We suggest that you print on light-weight card stock-but you can also print on paper.
